At Too Creative, every item is a one-of-one wearable artwork. Each piece is individually created and no design is ever reproduced, making every item unique.

Return Rules Summary

No change-of-mind returns
Returns accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly described items
Customer provides return shipping (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)
No restocking fee
No final sale items

Returns

Due to the unique nature of our artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Returns may be accepted only if an item:

Arrives damaged
Arrives defective
Is materially different from its description

Any return request must be made within 4 days of delivery.

No Change-of-Mind Returns

Every Too Creative piece is a one-of-one wearable artwork that cannot be replaced with an identical item.

As a result, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Personal preference
Incorrect size selection
Colour or design preferences
Accidental purchases

Please review all product descriptions, photographs, and sizing information carefully before placing an order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Too Creative cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 4 days of delivery and provide photographs showing the issue.

We will review the claim and, where appropriate, offer a refund or other suitable resolution.
